Details
A user may generate an error to the stonebranch-admins@its.utexas.edu list if they misconfigure a variable or use an invalid email address when configuring an email action in a workflow / task.
Review the steps below to resolve the issue.
(1.) Determine the Environment where the configuration error occurred
In the error message look for the environment. In this example, the environment is DEV (users must be following the naming convention).

(2.) Look for the name of the task
In the error message look for the task name

(3.) Login to the identified Stonebranch environment and find the identified task to gather information
Go to Tasks -> All Tasks -> Select the task
Go to the Actions Tab -> Email notifications -> Select Email Actions
In the Action details section, check the "Email Template" drop-down and look to see if there is a defined email template
In the Action details section, check the "To" field and verify there is a valid email address
(4.) Contact the Customer and work through the issue
Contact the customer and verify the applicable information (valid email address, email template configuration, etc.) to resolve the error
To find the customer to contact look in the "Tasks" tab in the "Updated By" field
